Millennium Greezy

by Greezy Wheels

With help from folks all over Austin, we were able to rescue twenty year old analog tapes to match up with new cuts tracked at Arlyn and Pedernales Studios to create this map of our journey from "going on hiatus" with the original Greezy Wheels in 1978, to reforming in 2001. Many of the cuts were started in the eighties, with help from Jan Beamon, Music Lane Studio and Ken Avant. All were transferred to 24 track analog for this project. We like this record, because it was both a new beginning for us and a nice highlight reel of a time and tunes nearly lost. It was also our final analog project. Yeah - it's a kick.
