Mandy Mercier is a singer-songwriter based out of Austin, Texas since 1980. From 1987-92 she lived in Los Angeles where she was voted "Female Vocalist of the Year" by the California CMA at the Palomino. Mandy returned to Austin in 1992 to work with Champ Hood. Mandy also works as a fiddle player and harmony vocalist including with Lucinda Williams, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Blaze Foley, Townes Van Zandt, Shake Russell, Tom Pacheco and others (see website).
