In response to funding cutbacks for community media, artists who care about media diversity have created Texamericana as an initiative to develop new support for nonprofit radio stations.
We operate a broadcast digital audio database of artists who support independent media.
We operate a nonprofit Internet record store. We donate net proceeds to verified 501(c)(3) radio stations who register with Texamericana. Registration is free. Our web services are free. There are no hidden costs and no annual fees.
