The "At The Ready" Database conveys vital information to Radio programmers about CDs available in Texamericana's Internet Record Store. The Database is accessible only to registered and verified Radio Station personnel.

Inventory Number of CDs "At The Ready" (Number of CDs in Artist/Label possession availabel to be shipped within three business days of receiving a request from Texamericana)

ARTIST/LABEL PARTICIPATION

Texamericana encourages all Artists and Labels with consigned CDs to participate in our "At The Ready" Database. The Database is the foundation upon which all Radio promotional activities are structured.

In order to participate, Artists and Labels must complete the following information:

Complete Registration Process:

1. Register a User Name (e-mail address) and Password http://www.texamericana.org/register
2. Create Artist Profile: upload photograph and biography
3. Create CD Profile: upload CD graphic and description or review, create Track listing
4. Choose three Tracks and Grant permission for :
   • Full length digital audio to be accessible to verified Radio Stations
   • 45 second samples of digital audio to be accessible by Customers

Complete Consignment Process:

Download, Read and Sign Consignment Agreement

List Inventory number of CDs "At The Ready" and agree to ship CDs within three business days of receiving a request from Texamericana

Ship initial consignment CDs along with a signed Consignment Agreement to Texamericana at the address listed on Consignment Agreement

Update Information in the "At The Ready" Database

Keep information current and reliable so Radio programmers may depend on your music being accurately represented.
