Independent radio has long supported recording artists. Now recording artists come together to support independent radio.
Our nonprofit Internet record store pays artists and labels wholesale prices for consigned CDs and donates the net proceeds to verified 501(c)(3) nonprofit radio stations.
Nonprofit stations are granted access to broadcast audio from the CDs in our store. Artists and record labels grant permission to Texamericana to provide this service, free of charge, to registered and verified stations. Stations can download songs from our 'At The Ready' database to create their very own Texamericana Radio Hour.
